Workshop Description: We will review the role of the federal and state public workforce system and its framework to support and serve businesses in managing their workforce recruitment, retention, and reduction needs. We will focus on publicly available workforce development programs and initiatives that are designed to assist employers of all sizes around a return-on-investment approach.

Biography: John is currently the Strategic Initiatives Manager, with the Washington Workforce Association (WWA), who advocates and collaborates with our 12 Local Workforce Development Boards in Washington State.
